Logo guidelines
Who can use the Barco logo?
The Barco logo can only be used by third-party business allies (including and limited to rental partners, integrators, dealers, distributors, agents, resellers and education partners). Other parties can only use the logo after specific written approval from Barco.
Use for marketing purposes only
Using the Barco logo is limited to marketing purposes. It can only be used in advertising, collateral, on web pages, in showrooms and at tradeshows and events, and only in direct relation to the sale and/or rental of Barco products.
How to use the Barco logo?
Use the correct logo
There’s a subtle difference between the current and old Barco logo. If you want to be sure you are using the most recent one, check to see if there are no gaps in the letters. See the evolution of our logo in the video below.
Use the appropriate color
The red-color version of our logo is always preferred. The white version is also acceptable when there are constraints. When full-color reproduction is not possible, use the black version. Otherwise, never use this version.
Depending on the target platform, the red color of the Barco logo can be implemented in line with the Pantone, CMYK, RGB, HEX or RAL color standards.
Don’t use the word logo without approval
The secondary logo, which is the word Barco without the rectangle, can only be used after approval by the Barco brand team.
Respect the logo size
Our logo should always be clearly visible and easy to read. Therefor minimum sizes have been stated. The minimum width of the logo for print must be 15 mm for printed material and 50 px for digital designs.
Don’t modify the logo
Don’t modify or distort the logo, change any colors, or add additional elements.
Adhere to the proper clear space
The amount of clear space around our logo should be equal to or greater than the height of half of the rectangle in the Barco logo.
Co-branding with third parties
Any material in which the Barco logo is displayed must also display your own name and logo and must clearly indicate that you are the source of the materials.
The Barco logo must be displayed in a size and manner that is smaller than or equal to your own name and logo. If the material carries other logos besides the Barco and your logo, the Barco logo must be placed as prominently as the other logos. See the example with Logitech below.
Final approval
For approval of your materials, or if you have any questions, reach out to the person you’re working with at Barco. They’ll submit your materials to the Barco brand team on your behalf.

Permission to use pictures
We understand the importance of visuals in today's digital landscape, and we appreciate your interest in utilizing our pictures. Please reach out to the person you’re working with in Barco, and they will ask for approval via the Barco brand team for you. Always specify which images you would like to use and the intended purpose.
Upon approval, we require that a copyright notice (©Barco) be included with the images. Sometimes, we might ask to add a third-party copyright notice. This ensures proper attribution and protects the rights of the creators.
Referring to Barco in press releases
All press releases must be approved in advance by the person you’re working with in Barco. They will ensure internal approvals from the PR team. When referring to Barco, use Barco® at least once in your communication.
Co-branding with third parties
Barco dominant relationship
We follow the Barco brand guidelines and the third-party logos should be smaller than the Barco logo. The preferred third-party logo position is aligned left above footer. The second preferred position is aligned with content. Third-party logos should have equal visual prominence. Make sure that the spacing between third-party logos is visually consistent.
Equal relationship
Keep the design of your collateral neutral and leave out recognizable brand elements. Both the Barco logo and the third-party logo have equal visual prominence. Both logos have the same size. Both logos are positioned next to each other.
Partner dominant relationship
For all third party dominant publications, partners should apply their corporate identity guidelines. Make sure to follow the Barco logo properties and positioning. If the material carries other logos besides the Barco and your logo, the Barco logo must be placed as prominently as the other logos.
Final approval
For approval of your materials, or if you have any questions, reach out to the person you’re working with at Barco. They’ll submit your materials to the Barco brand team on your behalf.
